- By using our Service you agree to abide by these rules.
- We are not responsible for the contents of, or pictures on the sites promoted by Wholesaletraffic.info. We dissociate ourselves hereby totally from these contents.
- We reserve the right to deny membership without reason.
- We reserve the right to cancel accounts in case of clearly fraudulent violations.
- In case an excluded member has already paid, he/she will be eventually refunded. In this case, transaction costs will be deducted.
- SPAM to generate referrals for the affiliate program is forbidden. In addition we do not permit unwanted advertisement breaking newsgroups and forums rules.
- There are no Sites with Framebreaker Code or Pop-Ups allowed.
- Your purchases come with an 100% money-back guarantee. If you do not receive all of the traffic you purchased, we will issue a full refund for the undelivered visitors.
- If you are breaking  the Rules, you will get a Caution, after three Cautions your Account will be erased, in this Case there will be no refund.
- All Packages (except the 250k Package) are delivered in one Month or less if you enter 10 Non-Erotic URLs in your Site Administration.
- Normal operation and/or the continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. We accept no responsibility for damage of any kind. However, eventual membership extensions are foreseen.
- We reserve the right to change the offered services at any time. Members will be informed of these changes.
- You may opt in/out from receiving our newsletter. Still, you will receive those newsletters informing about new services and/or changes in our rules.
- We reserve the right to change the Rules at any time without previous announcement. This is communicated to each user, who will accept the changed rules in order to be able to participate further.  If the user accepts the changes, these become immediately effective. If the user does not accept the changed Rules, an eventual refund will be issued.
- Eventual transaction costs will be deducted from refunds.

Affiliate Program

THESE TERMS OF USE PERTAIN TO AN INDIVIDUAL AND/OR COMPANY'S USAGE AND PARTICIPATION IN THE WHOLESALETRAFFIC.INFO AFFILIATE (REFERRAL) PROGRAM. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EDIT, CHANGE, AND AMEND THESE TERMS IN 'GOOD FAITH'. BY PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

1. PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM. By joining wholesaletraffic.info you are automatically entitled to earn commissions for referring paying users. It is up to you to actively participate or not. Your participation in the affiliate program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise the wholesaletraffic.info website and products and receive a commission on sales generated by your efforts.

2. REVOCATION OF AFFILIATE STATUS. Your status may be terminated for any of the following reasons: Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks), Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...), Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities.
By losing your wholesaletraffic.info account, you automatically lose also your affiliate status, and vice-versa.

3. LINKING TO WHOLESALETRAFFIC.INFO. You may use graphic and text links both on your website and in emails. Wholesaletraffic.info may also be advertised off-line in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by wholesaletraffic.info, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions in 2.

4. AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS. You will get paid 10% referral fees for every wholesaletraffic.info product purchased in the first Level. You will get an additional 5% Commission of every Sale a Webmaster generates which was referred by you and another 3% of every Webmaster Sale in the third Level. Affiliate commissions will be paid out monthly upon your request - through StormPay or PayPal, or you may request to redeem them (or part of them) to buy Positions for yourself.
Payments will be issued approximately 10 days following the end of each calendar month. However, if the commissions payable to you for any calendar month are less than US $25 we will hold payment until the total amount due is at least US $25.

5. AFFILIATE TRACKING. After joining our Affiliate Program, you will receive a unique affiliate URL which you can use to advertise our website. When someone clicks through this URL a cookie will be set in their browser with your affiliate ID. During that visit to our website or any later visit within 666 days, when a purchase is made the commission will be assigned to your account as soon as they are processed. In the members area you will be able to see what your actual earnings are.

6. TRIBUTARY TERMS. You are the solely responsible for fulfilling with the tributary obligations of your residence Country.

7. TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT. These terms will begin upon your signup with Wholesaletraffic.info and will end when either you or Wholesaletraffic.info terminate your account. The terms of this agreement may be modified at any time by us. In such cases we will notify all affiliates per e-mail. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your account.

8. LIABILITY. We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program. We make no claim that the operation of Wholesaletraffic.info will be error-free and will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
